Committees comprised of local, state, federal, industry, agricultural, and non-governmental partners are critical to the success of the program.
The Platte River Recovery Implementation Program (PRRIP) is led by a Governance Committee (GC) consisting of representatives of Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, the Bureau of Reclamation, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, South Platte River water users, North Platte River water users, Nebraska water users, and environmental groups. Advisory committees assist the Governance Committee in implementing the Program.
